I bought this for my father. He after playing with a couple of days and use it to shoot cooking video. This model was very easy to balance and very easy to learn to use. It had great results using the tripod mount to put it on the end of an extendable monopod and making those sweeping "ground level to overhead" shots. I’m glad I bought this.

The item arrived quickly and had everything described. Unfortunately the gimbal doesn't work unless you download the app and register an account. The app is horrible. I tried for over an hour to open an account both via email and telephone number. Neither worked. I then went to the Hohem website and chatted them. There is no option to open an account via the website which would have been an easy work around. The chat agent told me the only thing I could do was email them, which I did over 36 hours ago, no reply yet. I hope to update this if I get a response but for now it's unusable.
